Khoja Niyaz Khorezmi, located in the Romitan district, is a great figure at the beginning of the chain of the Khojagon order and is considered the teacher of the great Pir Abdulkhaliq Gijduvani. At his own expense, he built the "Puli Laqlaqa" bridge over the Zarafshan River. This is the reason why the Hazrat is called "Boboyi Laqlaqagiy" among the people.

Romitan tumanida joylashgan Xoja Niyoz Xorazmiy xojagon tariqati zanjirining boshlanishida turuvchi buyuk zot bo‘lib, ulug‘ pir Abdulxoliq G‘ijduvoniyning ustozi sanaladi. U zot shaxsiy mablag‘lari hisobidan Zarafshon daryosi ustiga “Puli Laqlaqa” ko‘prigini qurdirganlar. Hazratning xalq orasida “Boboyi Laqlaqagiy” nomi bilan atalishi sababi ham shudir.
