The "Khoja Kabul Akhbor Vali" shrine is located in the village of Khochkob in the "Siyoz Poyon" rural citizens' assembly of the Kagan district. The "Khoja Ka'bul Akhbor Vali" mosque is named after a historical figure. Historical sources do not specify when Khoja Kabul Akhbar Vali was born.

The Khoja Qa'bul Akhbor Vali Shrine is a sacred pilgrimage site located in Khochkob village, Navruz Mahalla, Kagan District, Bukhara Region, Uzbekistan. Historical sources do not provide information about the saint’s birth date, but they indicate that he passed away in the 7th century.

The shrine complex includes the mausoleum of Khoja Qa'bul Akhbor Vali, whose grave is approximately 14 meters long. At one end of the tomb lies his disciple Abdullah Zohid ibn Asad. Another disciple, Mahmud ibn Hamin, is also buried within the complex.

The site contains a functioning mosque and a large cemetery. Behind the mosque lies an ancient burial ground covering about 40–50 hectares, where some gravestones are believed to be over a thousand years old. Until 1990, the shrine remained in poor condition. In 1990–1991, a new mosque was built through the sponsorship of Amirqul Shukurov, and in 1995 the mausoleum, well, and mosque were restored by craftsmen from Khorezm.

Today, the mosque remains an active place of worship and pilgrimage. Including its dome, the building is 9 meters high, 11 meters long, and 10.7 meters wide. It is constructed of baked brick and stone and continues to serve visitors and worshippers from across the region.
