The Jon Kharoz bobo complex consists of a mausoleum built by the Khiva khans in the mid-18th century over the grave of one of the religious leaders, Jon Kharoz bobo, and a cathedral mosque built on the edge of the cemetery surrounding this grave. Initially, the buildings were constructed from nigirik (framework), and during the 19th century, they were rebuilt from fired bricks using funds from the khanate treasury.

Dastlab binolar nigirik (sinch)dan qurilgan bo‘lib, XIX asr davomida xonlik xazinasi hisobidan pishiq g‘ishtdan qayta qurilgan.
